The house is nice and was just what we needed for our stay, but the host via Vrbo failed to provide necessary information. We weren't provided with the lockbox code, or the wifi code, we had no access to heating, so had to request it to be turned o and off each time whch was not convenient with children who wake very early. The oven could do with a clean and they really need some oven trays. There were several missing light bulbs in the living area. The cot was not set up. The hosts did aswer the phone every time I called and gave us the codes for the lockbox and the wifi, and the code for the cleaning cupboard to find the cot, and turned the heating on, but it would be better not to have to rely on this. I have since contacted them about lost property and raise the other issues, but had no response.
