„Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. One day they didn’t attend to the room, the pillows were very thin, and their system overcharged parking by $300 (but once I caught it they fixed the error.) Overall I’d stay again, but we’d bring our own pillows.“

„The stay was great! Clean rooms, the pool area was clean, and the vibes were also there. There is a bar and a cute sitting area the second floor. The only downside was the parking. They had valet for an up charge but there was street parking nearby.“

The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.“

Totally uncalled for! The room charge was $180 plus. Not worth it. Not even for the convenience to being close to BJH facilities. We were not there on vacation! Will never stay there again nor recommend! Doubletree has always been a favorite place to stay. I won't judge other Doubletree ...
