Hotels nahe Dewan Filharmonik Petronas (Kuala Lumpur)

„The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.“

„The staff is incredible! So many extraordinarily friendly and professional people!“

„Sehr gute Lage“

Negativ: - Das Hotel verlangte Kaution in eigener Währung.

„This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying ...

„Very family related. Generelles Wohnhaus, kein wirkliches Hotel“

„Our first room was a disaster. The room was literally falling apart with humidity on the walls, the ceiling breaking down and falling on the floor, broken door to the WC, etc. The front desk was very helpful and changed us rooms. The next one was okay but definitely not up to the pictures shown when we booked. Good location, but be aware the rooms do not match the descriptions or pictures.“
