« Very nice hotel. Great service with great staff. Appreciated the complementary bottled water, turndown service, classy and comfortable room, quiet and cozy dining room, etc.. Only complaint is that when I received the bill, there were many "extra" charges such as parking (very expensive for a city this size), amenity fee, credit card fee, and taxes adding about $70/night. »

« Our stay at this facility was outstanding! The employees were the best in a day it's hard to find good help. These people, every one of them, focused on us from a simple Hi to helping with any questions or needs we had. Our room was updated and very clean. I can't say anything bad. « Parking was so easy. The staff greeted us with warmth. Chris was so kind when we checked in. He talked to my daughter about UT since we were there visiting. He gave us some great recommendations for dinner and just went above and beyond for us. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and Ebony at the front desk was so kind and gracious to us. The staff here is definitely the best I have ever come across. »

« when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out. »
