Charming Waterfront Villa with a Private Beach, Jetty and Sauna



Welcome to a beautiful villa dating back to 1881, overlooking Duvnäsviken in Saltsjö-Duvnäs, one of Stockholm’s most desirable areas. Enjoy a peaceful setting close to nature in the Stockholm archipelago, with central Stockholm just a 20-minute drive away.



The villa offers 210 m² of living space with sea views from every room. A private sandy beach, jetty and sauna provide the perfect setting for relaxing days with family and friends. A boat is also available to rent at an affordable price.



Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements



The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, with five bedrooms spread across the main house and two separate cottages.



Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the main house:



- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a private balcony.

- Bedroom 2: Double bed and a sofa bed for two.

- Bedroom 3: Double bed.



The two cottages offer additional privacy in a beautiful natural setting:



- Bedroom 4 – Waterfront Cottage (Sjöstugan): Sofa bed for two, with the beach, jetty, sauna and outdoor shower nearby.

- Bedroom 5 – Garden Cottage (Pigstugan): A charming summer bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.



An additional sofa bed for two is available in the main house’s TV room if needed. The total number of guests must not exceed 12.



Bathrooms and Guest Toilet



The main house has two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. One is on the upper floor. The other is on the basement level and has an exterior entrance, making it accessible to guests staying in the Waterfront Cottage and Garden Cottage. There is also a separate guest toilet, without a shower, by the main entrance.



Parking and Local Amenities



On-site parking is available for four cars, along with an electric vehicle charger. A bus stop is approximately 500 metres away, and the restaurant Olle & Kajsa is within one kilometre.

The property is intended for peaceful, relaxing stays. **Parties are not permitted.** The correct number of guests and the purpose of your stay must be provided when booking. If false information is given about the number of guests or the purpose of the booking, the stay may be terminated and guests may be required to leave the property the same day.
