„Das moderne Hotel bietet grosse und helle Zimmer und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach perfekt Englisch. Der Spabereich war gross und sauber.“

I am very satisfied with this affordable choice, because driving to/from borovets is easy by microbus going each 1/2 hour from Samokov bus station for price 1.30 BGN only. I enjoyed also visit to Samokov Monastery - service each evening at 17:00 - right after skiing.“

„A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.“

Reception staff did not speak any English, when checking out they would not accept the email from Expedia saying 'you have paid for your room' so we had to show credit card statement - just trying to get more money! Would not recommend. Will not return.“
