Hotel San Angelo

« This place is a dump. Shame on Expedia for promoting this place. It was so bad that I left for another hotel, losing the money I paid for the room. It's all bad, dirty, matress was at least 25 years old, the bathroom is old dirty and smelling. DO NOT STAY THERE! »

« Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. »

« We spent one night here. The staff was friendly and got us into our room on time. The room was clean, although a bit small (I had to squeeze by the ac unit to get into and out of bed). We did not use the amenities, but they did look nice. The cupboard was cute and stocked. »

Gros point négatif, mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels où nous avons séjourné: beaucoup trop de plastique à usage unique au petit déjeuner (couverts en plastiques, emballés dans du plastique!). « I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. « 1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4.
