Sehr gut gelegen wenn man vor hat zum River Walk und zum Tower of America zu laufen. Gegenüber is ein HEB wenn noch was braucht.

Stadthotel in San Antonio
La Quinta Inn ist schon etwas älter und wurde ein wenig renoviert. Leider war das Sofabed in unsere Suite (Kingbed/Sofabed) nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Matratze war so alt, dass unsere Tochter jede Feder spürte. Nach Reklamation an der Reception wurde Abhilfe für die zweite Nacht versprochen - leider wurde weder die Matratze gewechselt noch ein anderes Zimmer offeriert. Auch der Frühstücksraum war leider viel zu klein bemessen für die Anzahl Gäste. Dieses Hotel war auf unsere dreiwöchigen Rundreise leider das Bad-Light.

Tolles Hotel im Downtown. Frühstücksbuffet war toll - es gab warme pikante Speisen, Waffeln, Toasts/Bagels, Süßspeisen, Cerealiejn, Joghurt, Obst. Allerdings alles Einweg. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, Zimmerreinigung wird nur nach Bedarf und Bekanntgabe gemacht. Bei dem Wetter in San Antonio benötigt man mehr Duschgel als die kleinen Duschflaschen. Die Lifte sind veraltet und langsam. Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind recht neu/modern, Kartenzahlung möglich. Parkplätze waren vorhanden, wobei der Parkplatz abends schon recht voll war. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen und würden dorthin wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating upon check-in arrival. Breakfast was good both of the days we were there. Staff kept the property clean. Room was clean just a little outdated. The fridge didn't keep things as cold and both couches had noticeable stains. Hotel is close distance to a lot of places and huge perk to have parking included. We went to the H-E-B across the street and they even had security. Would stay here again as we felt safe. Good hotel for families and pets.

Parking is limited. The elevators are the worst ever for such a big hotel. Only 2 and the are soooo slow and not air conditioned. Breakfast was good. Beds and room was very nice.

My problem was check-in. I paid extra to check-in at 1 pm and it was not ready. I told the clerks that I would be seating in front of their desk and when it was ready they could have walk to me to tell me it was ready. This is POOR service. I will have to change to different hotels next time we go to San Antonio, TX.

This is a very nice modern hotel and our room was a large with a separate lounge area. The breakfast was good with a large breakfast area. The hotel has a large car park with free parking and the hotel is located within walking distance to the city and river walk. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

It is right next to a HEB grocery store that sells gasoline too. They had good prices on food and gas. I liked the Dove toiletries provided. The pool was clean. The fitness center was taken care of. Unfortunately our bathtub was curved weird on the floor of it making it hard to stand in to shower and didn't drain properly. In all fairness we didn't report the drain issue. The furniture in our room was well worn. It was quiet in our room which was a huge plus and was clean.

Property is close to the Mercado and Riverwalk. Included breakfast is good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was lacking, our bedsheets were never changed and drinking cups were not replenished.
