The Layout: The home is arranged over two levels to provide a clear separation between common areas and quiet spaces.

Upper Level: This floor contains four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Main Level: The ground floor features two large living rooms and two dining rooms, providing ample space for gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances for home-cooked meals. There is also a convenient half-bath on this level.

Guest Access & Occupancy: The house is permitted for a maximum of 12 guests. You will have full, private access to the entire main home and the backyard area, which includes the pool, hot tub, and patio seating.

PARKING
Guest can park 3 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is available too.

Regular pool maintenance is on Monday. Lawn maintenance is on Friday (biweekly). Service person will go through fence gate without notifying guest. Please let host know if you have different preference.
