It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, within just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you`ll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores for a more convenient stay.

Looking for a morning walk? You`ve come to the right place. This neighborhood has a high walking score and it is very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway for up to 4 cars. NO sidewalk blocking. NO street parking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system, which provides bus transportation. You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use Uber or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that although the listing shows 11 beds, there are only 6 actual beds. The 2 “single beds” are 2 twin-size foldable beds, and there are 3 queen-size sofa beds.

• For the hot tub, the maximum temperature is 104°F. Guests are advised to use the control panel and keep the covers on when not in use to retain heat and maintain cleanliness.

• We used a special kind of insulation, spray foam insulation, in this home to make sure the temperature stays constant, regardless of how hot or cold it gets outside. It is very energy efficient and designed with guest comfort in mind.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry; they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep
