"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."

"Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Hotel & Spa Della Calza, in welches wir einen Tag vor Anreise nach Rückfrage vom Hotel Horto Convento umgebucht wurden. Was für ein Upgrade! Ein recht neues Hotel wohl. Es war fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass der Safe nicht funktionierte oder sich eine Beleuchtung nicht einfach so ausschalten ließ, wurden superschnell gelöst. Vielen Dank an das Team. Das Frühstück - super klasse, viel Auswahl und alles frisch. Und der Spa-Bereich - sehr schön ausgestattet mit allem, was man dafür benötigt, vom Hotel gestellt. Auch die Barkeeper verstehen ihr Handwerk! Und vielen Dank auch an das Housekeeping, die jeden Tag dafür sorgten, dass man sich gefühlt hat, wie am ersten Tag. Wenn nochmal Florenz, dann Della Calza. Grazie mille!!"

"Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Zimmer war ganz toll, super eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Super war das auch ein Parkplatz am Hotel ist. Die Lage zur Stadtmitte ist auch super fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit."

"Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, relativ klein. Der Shuttle-Service ist toll, das Frühstück war okay, aber einen Aufpreis für Omelette / frischen Orangensaft von 8€ fanden wir in Anbetracht der Hotelkategorie und der Zimmerpreise nicht angemessen."
