A vacation weâll never forget.
I had high hopes for our recent stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by several issues. We were greeted by Brenda, the cleaning lady, who, to our dismay, appeared quite frustrated as the condo wasn't ready for check-in on time. This led to an uncomfortable situation where she began cussing in front of my family, which my children had to witness. Upon entering the condo, we immediately noticed that the floors were not cleaned at all, which was quite disappointing. Our evening BBQ plans were also affected by the presence of two empty propane tanks. Fortunately, Brenda delivered a full tank the next day.However, things got worse when the hot water heater stopped working. We managed to reset it ourselves, but a few days later, we found ourselves without hot water again. We waited over 24 hours for a repair to address the issue, which was incredibly frustrating.To add to our discomfort, thereâs a neighbor who clearly doesnât appreciate renters. On a less concerning note, I did appreciate the great views. I noticed there were over 10 CCTV cameras on the property for security.Given everything we endured, I can confidently say I would not choose to stay here again.
