Internet was terrible. We were there for a medical convention and coincidentally had a 5-Hour interview for residency. We checked the internet as soon as we got there and it was so bad we immediately contacted the owners or manager. They gave us a different internet code but it was still so bad that we lost contact with the interviewer three times.
The front or rather back street garage entry was filthy and disgusting. There was a sanitary napkin laying right at the entry step there were four gigantic garbage cans which were constantly in the way of the door. I tried to move them and someone actually lined them up blocking the front entry. It was very cold. There was no insulation whatsoever on the two doors. The wind blew out the water heater so the water was freezing cold for the first day. In the welcome email they said we could use the laundry facility. They also listed price by price things we could rent such as chairs and beach toys for children. But they forgot to mention that we needed $10 in quarters to use the laundry so we were counting on using it and went down the next day and realized we were up a creek.
