Pet Policy: We welcome our furry friends with open arms, but please add them to the reservation as we do charge an additional fee which we give entirely to our cleaners. Please pick up after them and clean up any accidents.

NO SMOKING: This is a smoke-free apartment complex. No smoking of ANY KIND is allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in the common areas. You must go to the street at least 25 feet away from any building to smoke, no exceptions. VIOLATION OF THE NON-SMOKING RULE OF ANY KIND IN THE UNIT OR BALCONY WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE $1,000 CHARGE FOR O-ZONE CLEANING.
PETS: Please make sure you add them to the reservation as we do charge an additional $125 flat fee for your pet. Please carry bags and pick them up after them including if they cause any accidents. If there is any damage from your pet you will be charged accordingly. Please DO NOT try and sneak your pet in or you will be charged a $300.00 fee. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS DUE TO THE ALLERGY CONCERNS OF FUTURE GUESTS.
QUIET TIME: Please respect local laws and ordinances during your stay including quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors below you and the shared walls.
