Our one-acre resort has 34 bedrooms total. Additional bedrooms beyond this listing's 11 require an extra charge. Ideal for retreats, birthdays, reunions, and group gatherings.



The Space:

Welcome to Good Life Resorts in sunny San Diego! Our one-acre resort offers comfortable accommodations, unique outdoor spaces, and amenities for retreats, family reunions, birthdays, and group getaways.



The resort features 34 bedrooms across multiple vacation rentals and a 2,000 sq. ft. Beach Lobby. Your reservation includes the accommodations listed for your booking, with additional bedrooms available for an extra charge.



Guests can access resort event areas A–E as shared spaces, similar to a hotel lobby. Access does not guarantee private or exclusive use. Private event reservations may limit access to specific areas.



Located near downtown San Diego, Good Life Resorts offers a welcoming setting for group stays and memorable experiences.



Guest Access:

Your arrival instructions and rental access codes will be sent to your email on your arrival day. Before your stay, you’ll also receive access instructions for our Guest App, where you can find check-in details, available room upgrades, and other information to help you prepare for your visit.



Please note that additional rooms and upgrades may require an extra charge and must be arranged separately.



The Neighborhood:

Good Life Resorts is located on Market Street in San Diego, in a primarily commercial neighborhood close to downtown. The resort spans approximately 40,000 square feet and includes 10 vacation rentals, with no direct neighbors.



Downtown San Diego is a short Uber ride away, typically around $8–$15 depending on traffic and demand. The resort’s location makes it convenient for groups visiting the city while enjoying a private rental setting.

12 minute Uber to airport or Coronado

15-20 minute Uber to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach

PROPERTY DETAILS

We continually improve our spaces, so some features may differ slightly from the photos. On-site tours can be requested before booking. Our resort is located in a primarily commercial neighborhood with some residential homes nearby.



SHARED SPACES & EVENT BOOKINGS

The 2,000 sq. ft. Beach Lobby is a shared space for resort guests, except during privately reserved events. Guests may access resort event areas A–E as shared spaces, but access does not guarantee private or exclusive use. Private events require a separate reservation and may limit access to the reserved area.



Please review the event schedule or contact us before booking if your group needs dedicated event space. Additional bedrooms and upgrades may also require a separate booking and extra charges.



AIRBNB RESERVATIONS

Please confirm your group size and requirements before booking. Event arrangements and guest capacity are subject to the applicable reservation terms.



IDENTIFICATION & CHECK-IN

As a licensed lodging business, we require guests to verify their identity through our guest welcome software. Instructions will be provided before arrival. Completing this process provides access to check-in information, Wi-Fi details, entry codes, and parking instructions.

Interaction with Guests:

Good Life Resorts offers privacy to your group and customer service as needed. We have a large network of contractors and service professionals available during your stay for repairs and requests. Although each rental on site is private, there may be some contact with other guests staying at the resort, no more than a standard hotel, and each rental has a private code unique to their listing.
