Poor communication at the onset of checking in. We had not heard from the VRBO owner or agent about getting the key and parking spots until an hour after checking (5PM). Also upon checkout, we were extended to a 11AM checkout however the cleaning service did not get that message and were at the door at 9:45 AM pushing for us to check out (and they did not speak English). The code to front door to the building did not work. The north garage entrance worked. The building common areas like the hallways were messy with spills and debris. The unit's floors were filthy leaving all us with black feet. There was no hot water on the first floor but the second floor did have hot water. There was poor Wi-Fi throughout and the televisions did not have service for live stations. Other than all of this, the location was good and the space was adequate. It certainly didn't justify the daily rate.
