The Fern House Sunset apartment unit is part of a multifamily craftsman home. The unit, kitchen, and bathroom are all private. There is a shared walls with another unit. Please note the backyard and deck is private to the Fern House Sunset guests.
-Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 8:00am.
-No smoking (of any kind) in-unit or on the property (inside or outside). Smoking or vaping (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on this property. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping.
-Animals (of all kinds) are not permitted in this unit without prior authorization.
-For extended stays, please note Near It All supplies sufficient sundries (toilet paper, detergents, paper towels, etc.) for the first week of all our reservations to welcome guests. Anything needed beyond the first week period is the responsibility of the guest.
-Please do not log out of our Near It All Netflix account.
-Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $29 per hour (Subject to Availability)
-Up 2 dogs allowed and $59 per pet/stay
