Charging fees apply and are paid separately through the app.

Guests must bring their own compatible EV charging cable. A NEMA 6-20 adapter is available upon request. A $50 replacement fee applies if the adapter is lost, damaged, or not returned.

Stair Access: The residence is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding community.

Parties: Parties, disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Security: An exterior Ring security camera is installed for property security. There are no cameras inside the residence.
