Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the front and back yard, house, laundry room and back patio.



Guests can park in the driveway, the camper has been removed. Plus, there is plenty of free street parking available at all times.



Guest will not have access to the garage.



This is a quiet family neighborhood and all guests must comply with the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy.



Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



All our properties have beach towels, but beach equipment is limited.
