We stayed here for 4 nights with family including kids. It’s a great location and an easy walk to the beach and shops. Having dedicated parking in the garage was awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with what you need, and there are little extra touches throughout to ensure your stay is comfortable. The bathrooms are really nice. We enjoyed using the beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards available to utilize. What a great touch! Michael is a great communicator and has pride in his property. He quickly answered questions and even gave us ideas for places to explore when we asked. We would definitely visit again!

Amazing! Great location and great home. We had easy access to the beach and local restaurants. At night it was quiet. Having AC was a plus. The house was extremely clean. Communication from the Michael was top notch too

First off the communication done by Michael was top notch. He communicated on every detail and if there was an issue he was just a phone call away. He explained everything in emails and pictures. The location was perfect, and the whole place was incredibly clean. My family and the kids that we brought all enjoyed the spaciousness to restaurants and the proximity to the beach. Do not hesitate to stay here and I would love to come back to this VRBO if we can!

Great stay in SD!

We had a wonderful stay. As a food allergy family, I found the kitchen and surfaces to be extremely clean overall! We really appreciated the kitchen with all of our cooking needs being met. We had a great stay and used the beach items (cart, chairs and toys) and we had a great time. We would highly recommend this place!

You will love proximity to beach and all the beach vibes! Anything you need is walking distance. The condo is very nice and clean and we loved staying there. Owner was very responsive to our questions during our stay and easy to reach! Great time!!

Perfect place for a family vacation

This place is a great location just a block from the beach and boardwalk. The host provides beach toys, chairs, a sun tent, kite, and more. It’s easy to walk to lots of restaurants. We had a fantastic time.

SoCal Visit

Crown Point condo was the perfect place for our family to stay in Pacific Beach. It was very clean and well stocked. I especially loved the thick towels. Michael’s directions on how to find the condo and to get in were very detailed and helpful. The location was perfect - one block from the beach and a wonderful restaurant, World Famous. We also found a wonderful coffee shop, Pumped, just across the street. We could even walk to Ralph’s for groceries. The Zoo, Balboa Park and the airport were all within just a few minutes drive. The perfect place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Cheeseheads in paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed Crown Point. It was very clean and in the perfect Pacific Beach location. Great, secure parking. Easy access to ocean and Mission Bay, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops and even fitness center. Our sons (in their 20’s) enjoyed the area and had plenty to doo. Great place.

Well located, close to beach, tourist destinations, food

Well maintained place. Owner very responsive to any issues which we only had minor, non-urgent issues. Well-furnished unit and had good kitchen that one can cook in house at times. Electric Outdoor grill. Some spices provided and even rice cooker. Nice secure parking (2 spots) and walk to beach and plenty of local restaurants if you do not wish to cook. Have booster seat available for toddler, good beach cart to bring provided beach seats, blankets, some beach toys. Will located to tourist location: 2-3 miles to Seaworld, 5-7 miles to San Diego Zoo, downtown San diego, and Science museum. Would stay again!!

Great vacation rental: comfortable, convenient, easy!

This was one of the most comfortable vacation rentals that we have stayed in. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group (Parents, grown son and daughter plus SIL and infant) and we really appreciated the pack-n-play for the baby so we didn't have travel with one. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. The host is very responsive. The communication, information and tips provided before our stay were easy to follow and so useful we didn't have to ask any questions or contact our host during our stay. We also loved the snacks that were stocked for us and fun board games on hand. Can easily walk to grocery store, many restaurants and beach boardwalk. The surrounding area felt safe and the building has a lot of security. It is easy to drive to, in and around the town. The two available parking spaces were the icing on the cake.

Great stay in PB

My family and I stayed in this unit for four days and had a great time. It was off season, but we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the PB strip for shopping, walks and dining. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. No issues at all. The owner was super attentive, communicative and friendly. I unconditionally recommend this property to anyone including families, especially if you want to be near PB.

Perfect home and location!

Michael's home is awesome! Super clean and well stocked. GREAT location, one very short block to the beach, and just down the street access to the bay. Love the secure gated parking. We were traveling with someone who couldn't really do stairs, so the lower level room and elevator from the garage was perfect. New huge tv with a gajillion channels. Very well stocked kitchen, and lovely updates throughout. Michael was the best host, great communication and very open to feedback. Would HIGHLY recommend this lovely home, would definitely stay there again. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Michael!

This is the one!

We have stayed in this building a number of times because it is one block from the beach and one block from the bay - perfect location. The unit we stayed in for a number of years was getting a little 'renter rundown' and the owners weren't addressing it, so tried Michael's unit this time and we were pleased! Super clean, well appointed kitchen, lots of seating room. We also really appreciated all the beach toys, including really nice body boards with leashes that actually worked. Also great beach towels and chairs. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Prime PB location!

Stayed here on a girls getaway long weekend. 4 mid-40’s moms. The condo was clean, fully equipped with everything you need, and spacious. Can’t beat the location. Across from pacific beach, less than 10 min walk to Garnet and 3-4 blocks from the bay. Would stay here again and even bring my family (kids 6 and 8 years old).

Beautiful, clean, great location

This very clean place is a lovely 3 bedroom condo. Right in the middle of all the great spots. While we had a vehicle, it really had everything within walking distance. The elevator up to the 2nd floor to the condo was a bonus with my senior parents.
