This apartment is the excellent launching point to explore and enjoy everything that San Diego has to offer. With plenty to see and do nearby, I hope that you choose to stay at my place.



The Space:

This is a unique space. It is the rental of an entire tri-plex in Ocean Beach! That means you will be reserving 3 separate units that are all next to each other. They are all 1-bedroom apartments, each featuring a full kitchen, full bathroom, and back patio with furniture to enjoy sitting outside. The entire space is yours to enjoy with your friends or family! There are 3 reserved parking spaces that you will have access to. It is a block from the beach as well as walking distance to so many things to see and do!.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access and use of the property 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Beach is a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood, with a classic SoCal beach vibe. Surfers and sunbathers fill the namesake beach, while Ocean Beach Pier is a popular local fishing spot with sweeping views. Nearby, Newport Avenue is lined with antiques shops, beachwear and surf boutiques, organic groceries, taquerias and brewpubs.



Getting Around:

This is a very walkable neighborhood. The beach, restaurants, bars, and many more things are very close by! A car is not necessary for your stay. Most of my guest use RideShare programs such as Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!



This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
