Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
One of the best rental properties in San Diego. Located right in the center of downtown San diego, the rental was extremely clean and offers an amazing view of the city from three living room full sized windows. Rental includes a full kitchen with pots and pans if needed. Fully furnished. Plenty of clean towels available as well as sheets. 2x twin sized beds. 1 king sized bed in the master bedroom. 2 people can sleep on the couch, and 2 additional people could sleep on the 2x roll out beds.Pool available was a great feature!Check in and check out process was very easy. Host was great with communicating the details prior to check in, and quickly resolved any questions I had with the unit. On site Parking is available if requested for one car. Rental is located about 10 blocks away from the convention center, so it was a bit of a walk. Regardless, Would highly recommend! 5*****

Les points forts : Propreté
Les points faibles : Arrivée et communication
Horrible! The host was going to have fans delivered to the condo since they fixed the temperature control to not go below 68*. It quickly became VERY hot as we were on the 35 floor, with no airflow. We opened the windows but heat rises and any air flow we could get was just HOT. The outside temp was about 85*. Anyway, we asked for a solution to problem and they said they would deliver fans to us. Much later they said the store cancelled their order for that night but they would have them dropped off the next day while we were out. I contacted the host again around 6:00 pm as we were heading out for the ball game, and asked if they would leave fans in condo. At that time theysaid they were not going to provide any kind of help to us. We would have to spend another uncomfortable night sweating or someone would have to miss the baseball game and we would need to fix the problem ourselves. I was at this point very angry that no one reached out and told us this earlier so we could have run to Walmart and bought a few box fans. Check in was horrible… you are not allowed to speak to anyone in the building, don’t ask anyone for help or instructions or you will lose your money and be kicked out. You had to pay for parking outside, figure out the elevator system, go to the room, get garage key and figure out where to park then where the elevator are!DO NOT rent this place if you have anyone who has issues getting out of bed. The king bed is a platform bed and it is on the floor.
