« The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the design is carefully curated and every detail has been thought of. The rooms are very pretty and at first glance everything was perfect, but we stayed for 3 nights in wich nobody came to clean the room, make the bed or bring clean towels (housekeeping in general was non existent) we did call the lobby many time to request it and were ignored. It’s a new hotel targeted for young people clearly, and I think they sacrificed basic hotel amenities for the design...

« We were a group of 10 (ages18 to 75) and we all felt comfortable with plenty of space to relax. The entire space was CLEAN, inside and out! The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size with all the linens and towels needed. The wall bunk beds were comfortable too. The enclosed patio with furniture and an outdoor rug was perfect to hang out in. The kitchen was well equipped and grocery delivery service was excellent!!! Parking was enclosed and we felt safe. We had an extra large SUV and...

« Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Victor at the front desk. The room was spotless and immaculate, thanks to the efforts of Tomasa. The room was very comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit on the small side. My room facing the mountain was very quiet. All in all, this was a great stay and I'd happily choose to stay here again. »
