Newly renovated modern home in South San Francisco! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful hillside views, this home offers a convenient location with easy access to San Francisco, the airport, the Peninsula, and the South Bay. It’s a great choice for large groups, families, and friends visiting the Bay Area.

The home features bright natural light, large windows, spacious renovated bedrooms and bathrooms, a sunny backyard, and a cozy patio off the kitchen — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

The property includes 4 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. For additional sleeping space, one queen air mattress is available and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 extra guests. There are 2.5 bathrooms in total: one full bathroom downstairs, plus a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom (1.5 baths) connected between the master bedroom and the hallway.

Pets are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive pet hair is left behind or if pet waste is not properly cleaned up during your stay.

A washer and dryer are available upon request for an additional $35 fee. The units are kept in our private storage area, so please let us know ahead of time if you’d like access during your stay.

Please note: This property does not have air conditioning. Most homes in South San Francisco do not typically require AC due to the area’s mild and temperate climate.
