Perfekt!
Schönstes Hotel in dem wir je geblieben sind. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Alles war perfekt es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Was everything I expected and more. I stayed before and after the renovations and the property differences now, are night and day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was incredible, stayed in the luxury suite and it felt as such. Hotel has it all that you want, aesthetic, class, convenience. You really get the city experience here.

Beautiful rooms - amazing views of the city & bay! Walkable, convenient to Ferry Building, Embarcadero, Fisherman’s Wharf & mass transit. Safe, clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The renovations were beautiful. Some of the Elevators were not working properly. Elevators need music, too quiet & you hear the elevators creaking as they moved. Better toilet paper - It was only 1 ply & not very comfortable. Better toiletries- shampoo & conditioner was lacking as was the soap. The dispensers did not work well either. The entranceway was still a bit confusing, even after the renovation.

The Jay is a very nice hotel right in the financial district and a short walk from the reason for my trip. Breakfast was good and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. My stay was everything I was hoping it would be.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were new and clean. The equipment in the hotel gym was far above average. The only disappointment was the hotel breakfast - the eggs were swimming in a puddle of grease and nothing was flavorful. Still, I give this 4 stars because the rooms and interior were great.
