"The room was so dirty with white crust and crumbs all over the carpet, the bathroom had hairs everywhere and the shower was dirty. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The « perle rare » advertised on the site of the arcade and video games room is non-existant. Just a foodball table in the corner of the reception. The reception and the garden is clean and looks renovated but the rooms need renovating and deep cleaning. Paint on wall coming off, shower wall chipped and brown gunk all around the edges in the shower. "

"This is not a hotel. There is no human contact. There are Only 4 luggage storages for the big travel bags and they were all full . If you can’t store your luggage, you are referred to bounce website to store it yourself and pay extra. The place is new but the toilet smells and at night you can hear the sound of a tram outside. You can only get in contact with Ai 🤖 or robot if you need to ask a question. You will get an Ai response until someone handles your request, it could take few hours or until the next day. There are better places nearby for the same price and with better quality. I don’t recommend this place and will not go back again."
