Host, amenities, apartment condition, response to assist. Charging for cleaning fee when it was filthy & not maintained nor appointed as advertised or promised. There was: No face cloths, hand towels, kitchen rags or towels, vacuum, mop & only 2 old bath towels for a 3 week stay. No extra blankets & a drafty door on 29th floor. Gusty winds, 30mph,50 degrees outside, & below 60 inside. No info said no heat. Shower door not hung on track so wouldn’t slide, toilet ran, stove burners didn’t work, hot water didn’t work for 5 days, no internet, micro fan broke so moisture dripped on food, moldy leaking corner in bedroom, 3 frying pans & 1 kettle all scratched badly plus 1 broken so all unsafe to cook in. Black painted silverware peeling paint also not safe to use. Warming pot broken. Broken glass left in can under sink. Took me 2.5 hours to clean the floors they were SO DIRTY. The shower track was full of dirt so I cleaned & hung door. There was greasy grime on the condiment plate, oil & vinegar, shelves, fake plants, counter, light fixtures,& top of micro. The dust was heavy on tv, baseboards, pictures & mirrors. I CLEANED ALL. I had to buy cleaning supplies & face cloths because after requesting I was only given 2 face towels/cloths,1 rag/hand towel for 3 weeks? 0 HELP FROM VRBO to find new place as contracted. Just signed off. I had major surgery & couldn’t relax.I REQUEST 235 28 for KEY they ASKED for. CREDIT for DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER,STOVE, INTERNET, CLEANING FEE, etc
