Ocean View 21-stöckige Luxus Apt Im Herzen von Condado mit Parkplatz

Günstig an der exklusivsten Straße der San Juan Metro Gegend. Dieses helle, elegant eingerichteten 21 Stock Studio ist Ihr Zuhause fern von Zuhause im Herzen der pulsierenden & Hip Condado (über die Straße von der Marriott Hotel & Casino) entfernt. Wir schlossen volle Renovierung im Jahr 2010 mit einem brandneuen Küche & Bad, neue Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster, neue Möbel, Beleuchtung und einen großen Schrank. Das Studio besteht aus einem kompakten Küche, komfortable und dennoch schick Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem Futon, die aus Falten zu schlafen 2 & 2 passenden Stühlen Seite. Die Nordwand ist eine Glasschiebetür und verfügt über einen Balkon mit einem majestätischen Blick auf das Meer. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett (die 2 Schlafplätze), 32-Zoll-LCD-TV. Ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank ist zwischen dem Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer befindet. Das Gebäude verfügt über 24 Stunden Sicherheit Münzwäscherei, einen privaten Pool mit Liegestühlen und sowie ein eigenes Fitness-Studio. Die Wohnung hat auch Parkplatz!

The apartment was not at all as presented in the photos… photos badly misrepresented the appearance and spatial confines of the apartment. Overall dingy building. I was very disappointed and told the owner we were leaving on 2nd day, but he refused to refund any portion of our cost. DON’T RENT THIS!!!

We had the absolute BEST time here. In the heart of Condado-just steps from the beach. Expansive breath taking views. Our host thought of everything from beach chairs, portable cooler, lotion, hair dryer, an iron. Stocked with everything & just drop dead gorgeous place to stay. Cannot recommend more highly! The nighttime city view & daytime beach view is worth every penny!

Everything that I needed was provided. Great location to the beach and other shops and restaurants. One downside when using ride share or delivery service, they sometimes have a hard time finding the location so you may have to stand outside for them to see you. Otherwise perfect location to many things.

The balcony views of the ocean and city was excellent! The female security guard, at entrance, Esther, was professional, kind, friendly, exceeding in expectations. The walk to the beach was quick, easy and a beautiful area. Having beach towels and chairs was outstanding. Condo very clean and comfortable. Easy and precise directions on accessing. Reported to the host, the sliding door definitely needs repairing/adjustment. Difficult to open and close and sitting outside on balcony, is a highlight. Communication by host was exceptional. Will return. Thank you.

Great location. We were able to get what we needed from Walgreens and the pharmacy. There was a Starbucks downstairs. We were able to walk to the beach. Xolo tacos was downstairs and that place was amazing! We had a great time.

Clean & good location but needs work

The location and building were nice overall but some of the amenities were lacking. The workout room is neglected and poorly equipped. The pool is great and the beach is a short walk away. We would have preferred the only TV to be in the living room rather than the bedroom. The kitchen has few dishes and other equipment and only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove are working. The view from the condo is amazing but the glass door to the balcony rattles in the frame when the wind blows.

Heart of Condado

All about location with this one. A great high rise in the heart of Condado, and comes with parking. You won't need a car if you plan on staying in SJ. Everything is in walking distance (beaches, shopping, food, clubs) with Old SJ just a short Uber away. The condo has a nice sized balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It's just the right size for a couple. There's a tv in the bedroom, plenty of towels and a few things for the beach like chairs, beach towels, etc. AC works well. Host is a good communicator. Very small kitchen area with old stove, but enough to get by. Full size fridge and plenty of glasses and dishes, etc. Coffee maker, plenty of spices. Nice touches and some cool paintings make the condo feel welcoming. Would stay again.

Very small , quick Owner communication.

The pictures are very similar to what you see online, but the condo is extremely small and outdated. Nowhere to lay out your luggage unless it’s in the living room. There is an individual next-door that you can barely make any noise or he will yell. We just shut the door, leaving one night and told us that we were disturbing the peace and that he would have us kicked out. I connected with the owner. He was very responsive but we felt like we couldn’t even talk normal or the neighbor would complain. Some of the things that were shown in the online pictures, like beach chairs were not available. I asked the owner about it he said that the last people that were before us had taken the chairs and he tried to get some at Costco, but was unable to find them. I am always in PR and those chairs are all over the place, no offer to get some or reimburse us. Amenities and building are very old,, some modern furniture the outside of the building decaying which is common for tropical locatoons we were actually afraid to sit out on the balcony because of the construction of the building. Not necessarily the owner’s fault, we happen to be there on an evening that the winds were stronger then we had ever seen in PR. It is a fine place to lay your head. If you don’t spend a lot of time in the room. Because there’s just not enough space to move around for more than two people..

Do not rent this unit it is nasty. Looks great in the pictures. Don’t let it fool. YouApartment was filthy shower floor was sticky the whole apartment look like it was mopped with a dirty mop all the throw pillows with dusty and disgusting. Their comforter needed to be replaced. Didn’t even want to touch my body. The dishes and pots were never washed. And it was a large amount of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that made us sick. We had to leave the apartment and rent a hotel. We could not even stay there or refused to give us a credit back even though I stay there two nights out of seven.

As advertised: location location location

Location was in the heart of Condado Beach. Walk to everything. Studio is advertised. It is small but has all you need including bug spray, suntan lotion and sunscreen, which was essential. Had great communication with the host and no issues to report. Would go back and highly recommend.
