The following comments are provided:1. Beach was not accessible from back of property. The pics and information provided gave the impression that it was.2. Check in process was a little confusing and needs to be clarified in the order of events that you need to take to obtain keys, park car and access the back door, elevator and unit door.3. The unit door cannot be unlocked from the inside without the key. This is unsafe for the person you may leave behind in the unit since you need the keys to enter the building. Recommend a second set of keys or a deadbolt on the unit door that can be unlocked from the inside without a key.4. Found a roach in the coffee filters.5. Need a binder in the unit to describe where things are located. Somewhat of a treasure hunt to locate items.6. Sliding glass door cannot be locked and is a safety concern since the unit is reachable from the ground.7. Need a drying rack for the left side of the sink.8. Need some dish towels and dish cloths to use in the kitchen.9. Need some instructions for the use of the stove.10. More direct contact with owner would be good.11. I would recommend the unit to others.
