The staff were wonderful. Our balcony room had a backdraft of marijuana smell through the bath exhaust system. I do not mind what people do for recreation but think the hotel should do something about cross air between rooms. I enjoyed our stay at La Concha!

This is the second time staying at this resort. This experience exceeded the first experience. Everyone gave exceptional service. The housekeeping and maintenance department deserved a raise! Everything was above par. We have decided to make PR our designated baecation and LACONCHA will definitely be our choice resort everytime.

Average hotel nothing special. Great location due to accessibility to restaurants and excursions. Would not recommend it to families with kids due to the type of vulgarity behavior I saw from visitors. Seem more like a party hotel.

Love the Iconic design and Architecture of La Concha. Beach area is well maintained. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Lobby bar is fun at all times. Sushi is convenient, but no avocado in the veggie roll? And the rolls are not sliced? Definitely not a typical hand roll. Up charge for a sauce? Hmmm.. Otherwise, all was great! Will return.

Staff was more than accommodating with any request we had. This was the perfect resort for a girls trip, food excellent, pool and beach beyond our expectations. Music was new and fresh. The lobby gorgeous and fun at all hours. The night club was great. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond.

It was an exceptional stay. The resort offers something for all ages. I was on a trip with just my husband. We booked an Oceanview suite, and I was not disappointed with the view. The rooms are standard, the bed was very comfortable and in the suite everything is available in the kitchen if needed. There are many restaurants to choose from, as you can also go to their sister hotel next door, the Vanderbilt, but the poolside restaurant, Solera, had amazing food. It was the best chicken breast I had by far. The access to the beach is breathtaking. The staff was very helpful. There were reviews about the noise, I will say if you secure a room near the pools or lobby, then yes the noise can be a factor. We were on the other side and heard nothing as we chose the ocean view suite. The lobby does play music and many guests are in the pool late. If you are visiting San Juan and not planning to tour other areas on the island, you do not need a rental car. Ubers are easy to get in San Juan, and many of the tours offer pick-up from the hotel. This resort was exceptional and I would book this location once again and recommend it completely.

The entire stay was awesome from the time we reserved until check out. The concierge team was amazing! I would definitely stay again. It would be even better if it was an all inclusive resort, the food can get pricey.

Very well kept resort. Friendly staff. I don’t like the resort fees they charge. They do show what the resort fees are for but we hardly used any of the services. $72 resort fee a night is kinda steep.

enjoyed my stay at La Concha. A great vibe and the hotel and pools are beautiful. Other than a grumpy bartender, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're young and like nightlife, it's a great place to hang out. It was also fine for people who want to go to bed earlier. Lots of great restaurants close to the hotel and everything is an affordable uber ride away. Loved the adult pool steps away from the ocean. Great coffee shop inside the lobby. My only cons would be that the hotel bar and beach food/drinks are crazy expensive and so are most of the restaurants in the resort. We ended up with a 1st floor cabana room which was not good. We couldn't open our curtains because our room looked out to the pool and visa versa. The lowest we could get the temperature in the room was 70 degrees which made it not the most comfortable to sleep at night. After leaving the resort, I had an issue with my bill. I called the hotel and just kept getting directed to VM. I called Marriot and was told someone would get back to me but no one did. It seemed customer service stopped after you leave the resort. I ended up figuring out the issue on my own. Overall, Great resort. Would recommend!
