Very convenient location and clean and equipped. The downside is that it is close to many nightclubs. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Extremely noisy in the front Bedroom.

Property was just as described. Perfect location for exploring Old San Juan. Walkable to all local attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was in a perfect location in Old San Juan - we were able to walks everywhere! Very well decorated and had all the necessary amenities! It was a short stay for us but very comfortable!

Excellent location

The condo was very clean and modern. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of many local bars, restaurants and tourist areas in Old San Juan.

Great place to explore Old San Juan

The apartment was in a good location and we enjoyed our stay. The one complaint was the barn doors to both bedrooms keep getting stuck and coming off the hinges, which was very annoying and interrupted a good nights sleep.

I enjoyed the accommendations. Very clean, nice location and centrally located in Old Town San Juan. The front bed was a little short in length but comfortable. Overall it was a VERY nice unit.

Great location!

This was a great location for all the sites we wanted to do in Old San Juan however it was very noisy at night. We only stayed 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday) and were awakened both nights by people partying in the streets in the early am hours. The place was super clean and comfortable.

Lovely Apartment

Very nice clean apartment. The host was very accommodating. Had everything we needed to begin our stay and a grocery store within walking distance. We were able to walk to many of the places we were wanting to visit and uber was readily available for anywhere not within walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable

I loved this apartment. It was very comfortable for me, my husband and our 14 year old son. The location was excellent. It’s in a very safe area that is walking distance to just about everywhere you would want to visit in Old San Juan. So much attention to detail was spent towards cleanliness which was great. I would definitely look into staying at this apartment on my next visit.

Adorable and clean apartment in outstanding location of Old San Juan

We had a fantastic 3-night stay and took our time to explore Old San Juan. We enjoyed a few outstanding restaurants nearby: Deaverdura and El Jibarito. It was nice to stay a bit away from the cruise line chaos and see more of the real OSJ. I enjoyed coffee out on the balcony in the morning. Mostly we were out and about walking the city and enjoying the culture - forts, architecture and awesome Puerto Rican food! I miss it already. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations!

This location was awesome! It was close, in walking distance to everything I wanted and needed...the grocery store, restaurants, live music and bars. It was also a short walk to site see a bit and sign up for tours. The place is listed as cozy but it's actually bigger than I expected. It was a perfect size for the 3 adults in my party. The hostess Agatha made the check in/check out process very easy. She was awesome and provided all the information I needed. I had a wonderful time! Thank you for having us!

Excellent Location

This was our fourth visit in as many years to Puerto Rico. Excellent location in Viejo San Juan near most tourist sites, restaurants, and nightlife. Had a minor issue with hot water in the bathroom shower that the host resolved within hours. Great communication from the host and an uncomplicated check in and check out process. Loved listening to the coqui or two that have taken up residence in the inner courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenience in Old San Juan

Fantastic location in very safe building (apartment on 2nd floor). Very close to sights, restaurants and grocery store/pharmacy. No place to put a car … we used Uber all week (cheaper than a rental). Only downside would be very few comfy places to sit, but we were out most of the time. Highly recommend!

San Juan Get Away

The location and renovation of this apartment was seriously amazing! Such nice boho Spanish vibe with two balconies that overlooked the San Juan streets but wasn’t too loud like other blocks. Walking distance to everything! The only changes would be the shower water never got very warm and the floors could be cleaned just a little more. Would highly recommend and come back again!

Great location. Close to everything. Powerful air conditioning!

The place was super clean. It was also so nice to get to a place where the air conditioning had made it nice and cool. There was no laundry detergent when we arrived which was a bit annoying since it was the last leg of our trip and we had booked this place specifically because it had the washer and dryer. The host gave us a recommendation for a grocery store to go purchase detergent (which of course isn’t sold in small quantities). Overall this place was perfect. If we had stayed longer I’m sure we could have made use of the space, especially the terrace.

Generally good apartment, but...

Apartment was clean and cozy, as listed. However, and I hate to count this as a criticism of the property, there are "coqui" frogs that live in the atrium of the apartment building and are extremely loud for most of the day and night. You can clearly hear them loudly chirping in the kitchen, living room and smaller bedroom through the closed door and very thick walls. Bring earplugs to help you sleep!

AMAZING!!!!

I take my time in these reviews cause I depend on them when I book an apartment to stay.Location: Cannot ask for a better location.Apartment: Just as seen in the pictures. Super nice decoration, super clean, kitchen and everything in it is new and works perfectly. Important to me is the mattress in the bedrooms, SUPER COMFORTABLE. I actually took a picture of the brand SEALY tempurpedic. No matter how many days you stay I can assure you will sleep like in your house. The AC’s work perfectly. Communication with Agatha was excellent!! Last thing, the balconies are super nice and you can sit and have a cup of coffee while looking out at everyone going by. We will DEFINITELY be BACK!!!

Second Year in a row I stayed at Villa Princesa for Fiestas de La Calle San Sebastian. Excellent location, SUPER Clean, comfortable BEDS and very nicely decorated. Also, the building is very quiet. LOVE IT AND I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT.
