« Everything was delightful. I was received most graciously out on the road because I could not find the place. The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers. I had not told them that stairs were difficult for me so they had me on the third floor, but when I requested a first floor unit, they immediately switched me down without any hassle. »

« Yes the property welcomed our 18 lb. Havanese. However the Shaw Suite where we stayed was very disappointing. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. Although the Inn is pet friendly…the pet friendly room we stayed in was not human friendly at all! Our to go breakfast however was very...

« This is an older hotel that has been well maintained. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and quiet. The TV was old cable and not to clear. The best shower and water pressure we had experienced in sometime The breakfast area is in the basement and was a small area. Overall very good experience and would stay there again. »

« Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. »
