Location de vacances de particulier à San Juan La Laguna

« This was an amazing house spotlessly clean absolutely huge with a fabulous roof terrace and the host was delightful, to be completely honest there is noise from the hostel next »

« Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware. »

« The area: The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading. The owner said that the description said Tzunana, but not knowing the area, we relied heavily on the title of the property that very specifically stated it was in San Pedro! The...

« The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

« Very cozy place! It was very cute and we loved the back porch. Very communicative hosts. Clean. Great location. 5 min walk to dock, grocery store, and restaurants. However because it’s so central in town, it can be noisy at night. Loud cars/bikes and sirens. The biggest short fallings of this place are that it takes at LEAST 10 min for the shower to warm up and that there is no central air conditioning. The hosts have a fan set up in the bedroom upstairs, but that’s it. This made sleeping...
