« Clean, has everything you need, and walking distance to skiing! Management was quick to reply to any questions, and got some outlets that weren’t working fixed pretty quickly. We had a great stay! »

« My family of four stayed here for five nights. It was a tight squeeze but we made it work. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the main lift. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook with, pots, pans, toaster, small crock pot....but no dishwasher. I was a little surprised that there wasn't a dishwasher, but it was fine. There was plenty y of blankets and pillows and the long bed was cozy to sleep on. Host was also very responsive and fast. »

« Beautiful setting »

« There should have been better communication regarding the number of stairs to access the unit. I was traveling with a handicapped person. Also the blind facing incoming parking traffic couldn't be closed all the way, compromising privacy. Otherwise this was a very nice unit. »

« The studio condo was perfect for our stay. The unit is immaculate and well-appointed. The resort offers lots of amenities. It is a short 15-20-minute drive into Durango and a good location also for visiting nearby Mesa Verde. »

« This condo was great for our group of 4. Right by the lifts and it had everything we needed. The onsite parking is also a plus! »

« If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to Durango, this is the condo for you! Our family stayed here for Spring Break and it was like home away from home. From the amazing view of the mountains to comfy, cozy beds, this condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! »

« We had the best time staying at Cascade Village. The property and amenities were convenient, well kept and suitable for our 2 families with kids ranging from ages 6-10. The space was great and the kitchen well stocked for cooking meals at home. »

« The property is a bit rustic, but it does have everything that you need. It is on the third floor and you do not have an elevator so hiking up and down with all of your gear is a lot. Also, we could not find the washer and dryer area because it was likely in the basement, which would have been four floors below us. That was inconvenient and we never saw a pool or hot tub or anything like that. It was nice that it was only about two minutes from the lift. That was the best thing about this...
