« This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed. »

« Cute as can "bee"!! Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed having dogs visit. My teenage daughter wanted to adopt them both, lol. Only suggestion would be for a sturdy ladder for upper loft bed. Daughter struggled a bit to climb to it. »

« This is an exceptionally special spot—a high desert sanctuary in every way. Kate is a wonderful host, and the home is a little jewel box, full of thoughtful details and beautiful touches that made me feel right at home. What a treasure. »

« Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again »

« The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez. »
