The mornings were peaceful with daily deer and geese sightings and the nights were quiet with a gorgeous night sky full of stars. The showers were hot, there was a full kitchen (which saved us money eating out), and we really couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our small group. „The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road.“

„There was plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property itself wasn’t as clean as it could be. There were some cobwebs up in the corners and the windows weren’t clean. The outside wasn’t well maintained. There was some lights that didn’t have bulbs in them. The toilet tissue holders in the bathroom were broke. One of the windows was broke as far as the mechanism to open and close it. But overall, it was a pretty great place.“

„The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The owners were so helpful and considerate, making sure we had what we needed for our stay. The setting for the cabin, in winter, was stunning. We had a lot of room to enjoy the outdoors immediately around the cabin and we were even granted permission to explore the surrounding property by our gracious neighbors at Stoner RV Park.
