« Although just 1 night, Our stay was amazing- When checking in the Older Gentleman was so welcoming and friendly. He explained rules of the property clearly and directed us to our little cottage. The cottage itself was a small studio style and it had a beautiful ocean view and was reasonably priced and perfect for a little romantic getaway. »

« Cute and cozy space, with country charm. Great location. Comfortable bed, nice little yard. Nice tasting room on property. Responsive host. 10 minutes to Pismo Beach. Recommended. »

« What a cute and comfortable place this is. Easy access from the highway and literally steps from the beach. The cottage has just enough room. There is a closet on the way to a spacious bathroom and a small table by a front window. We really liked the front porch/deck area which extends the living space. Bonuses: Its very quiet and the owners were very responsive. Lovely place and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. »

« We had a great time. Property was very clean and cottage was very cute and clean »

« Super clean. Great amenities. Well stocked. Fantastic location. The only two reasons it didn’t get the highest rating across the board are because we arrived 45 minutes early and were told we couldn’t check in early even though there was no activity at the house and the property is not fully fenced so when I sat outside with my dog I had to worry about something catching her attention that might cause her to run into the street. Other than that I only have great things to say about The Orchid...

« There was no table inside, just TV trays. We were able to cook some meals while there but it was not convenient for eating. The gas grill was fairly dirty and we decided to not use it. There was a table and chairs outside but they were not clean and the metal chairs had no cushions that we had access to. clairement pas au niveau et trop proche de la 101

"que dire j y suis resté 2 nuits et la première nuit fut une catastrophe, évier de la salle de bain bouché, en pleine nuit la porte de la salle de bain verrouiller de l intérieur impossible de la rouvrir. Pas de ménage fait durant les 2 jours, bruyant car trés proche de l autoroute, petit dej plus que moyen pratiquement rien a manger a part une pomme, et un muffin, en gros passer votre chemin il y a plein d autres hotels plus bas dans la rue qui sont bcp mieux et moins cher. le seul point positif est le petit exterieur individuel"

"Very disappointed by thid hotel: breakfast closes very early. At 9:40, we could not enjoy. Somebody knocked at our door waking us up before 9 despite I sent a mail stating we would check out at 11 and I discover $15 charge for parking never mentioned. Btw, from very far worst experience in the US for the last 3 weeks…"
