Such a great location, you can’t beat it! The condo was larger than expected and fit our family of 6 while we had to be out of our house. Even though we are local, we will be back!

Nothing better than the beach with our family to have some fun and help heal our souls after a family death. This condo was beautiful and had a beach view.Walking distance to everything! Loved it! Will definitely be coming back, if you will have us! So perfect!

And it doesn't get any better at Pismo Beach than the Pismo Shores oceanfront condos!!This particular unit has been nicely updated, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The garage is a nice place to put beach stuff so you don't bring sand into the living space.

What we didn't appreciate was the noise in the morning from workers making repairs, and college students jumping the fence and using the jacuzzi & pool. We had to wait a couple of times.

I was surprised that there was no AC.The smallest bedroom is pretty small & is a bit tight for 2 children.Coastal Vacations were very helpful in sorting out a couple of minor issues.

A little frustrating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had not been prepared. Evidently the owners or someone had stayed without telling CVR. The master bed was not made. The master bath and kitchen had signs of use. Dishwasher had not been unloaded. Had to search for bath towels which were found down the hall on the washing machine. The garbage disposal was frozen which my husband was able to repair. Patio furniture needed hosing to remove bird poop but nozzle on hose was broke. The propane tank was empty when we tried to barbeque our hamburgers. And to top it off we shared the kitchen with ants. All of this was very frustrating for the price we paid. If none of the above had happened, my only complaint would have been there's not enough seating in the downstairs room. The condo sleeps 6 but there is only comfortable seating for 4. Overall we still had a good time.
