"Loft was great but does not include entrance to Schlitterbahn. You only have access to a small pool and you have to drive to get there. Loft isn't located on Schlitterbahn property you have a map that shows all these cool things but they aren't included"

"we enjoyed staying at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good, great happy hour, convenient location, easy access to many places. it was a family vacation for us and we really enjoyed sitting in big area on main floor and eating, talking with the kids."

"When we arrived to our room, the main door would not lock. Neither would the restroom door. The drawers were broken, and the sheets had stains. It was a very awful experience due to the deadlines, and I felt unsafe."
