Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We brought our own water shoes and snorkeling gear. Didn't get to see any sea turtles, but we heard there were some eating by the sea grass on Baby Beach. The water was so calm and beautiful you could take a nap floating in the water and not get swept out to sea. The resort had a little section of the beach that was set up with a couple canopies that had beach chairs underneath.
The pools were nice and clean.
The food was surprisingly pretty good for an all inclusive place. We did the romantic dinner in the wine cellar of Portofino that we felt was not worth the price. It felt awkward because everyone was able to see us inside, it was quiet until we connected our music to Bluetooth, the staff came in and out of the room to grab wine for other guests, and the wine cellar connects two restaurants together so staff was walking through the wine cellar. Also the menu was exactly the same. Nothing special except we ate inside the wine cellar.
The resort was newly opened since June 2025 so there was still construction being done. Our Ocean view room was a view to the
