« Volonté de présentation moyennageuse, Murs de la chambre laissés en l'état après décapage pour faire anciens, douche désuète,coupure 24h chauffage et eau chaude sans dédommagement,pas de petit déjeuner,pas de café offert ni boulloire ni machine à café quelconque, pas de kleenex, literie pas confortable ,réception fermée à 18h,aucun geste après un vol,par contre proximité des sites touristiques, mais nécessité de parking en garage, circulation interdite. »

« En arrivant devant l hotel j ai appris que j etais entré dans une ZTL !!!!! Zone a trafic limité !!! Donc succeptible d une amende !!!! obligé de faire venir un garage pour qu il recupere ma voiture et la garde jusqu a mon depart ! retour de la voirure à 11h00 au lieu de 9h30 !!! cherhcez l erreur ! 30€ jour ! sinon tres bon emplacement , deplacement à pieds partout dans le centre ancien ! rien a dire »

« If I could do ZERO star I would. This is by far one of the worst hotel I ever been in....Trust me this is beyond bad...DO NOT BOOK THERE. The room was so bad... You could hear litteraly everything outside, the smell in the room was a nightmare, I got mosquitoes bite all over my back (trip in early March!!! Not in the summer...) the beds were camping bed not comfortable and ridiculous. No hot water, shower so small even my child had hard time getting in...Wifi doesn't work. No elevator... I could...

« My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa. The host, Pierpaolo, was so nice and very helpful! He contacted me the day before to see when we planned to arrive to make sure all was ready for us and I asked him if I could get some suits pressed for the day after and he said it was no problem at all, he dropped them off himself and I got them back at the time promised the next day. While we had an itinerary planned, he still had great recommendations for places to go and was happy...

« I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. It is not far from several bus...

« C est une tres belle villa qui comporte 7 chambres; la No 2 etait parfaite au rdc et ma voiture a la porte dans l enceinte avec gros portail automatique. La gerante tres aimable recommande les bons restos dont les pizzas excellentes de DaFoffo. Tout etait propre et fonctionnait.Bien noter le No de tel pour se faire guider dans la ville par la gerante qui arrive en 5 mn car villa assez cachee. »
