« Cute shabby chic-style casita - 5 min walk to beautiful clean beach, coffee/lunch/snack/ice cream/dinner options plus a little general store across the street. The main casita has one bedroom, 1 bath, living/dining and kitchen. Back casita has just bed/bath. They are connected via 2 lush & lovely courtyards: one with the grill and the other with firepit, chairs and picnic table dining. Landscaping is very zen and we could hear the ocean at night. The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits! »

« The only thing the property was missing was a stove. We don't want to eat out. We went grocery shopping before we checked on only to find out the stove is a decoration. The bath tub/shower is horrible. I'm 6'3" and couldn't get under the shower head. Other than those 2 things, the place we wonderful and we would stay there again. »

« The property is beautiful, secluded and quiet. Only major downside is the access from the main road. The 150m side street into the property is in horrible shape with crazy, huge potholes. It was very difficult to drive in with our rental without grounding out some part of the car. If you have an suv or truck it is not likely an issue. »
