« This is like luxury hostel lodging - shared bathrooms and kitchen … the price is fantastic … my tv got 1 channel and thankfully it was HGTV! Very narrow and steep stairs - coffee every morning (probably after 8am) and a lovely balcony! »

« This property welcomed pets. We were so happy! We sat out on the deck looking out from the tree tops while enjoying amazing views of the San Rafel Bridge and the Bay Bridge. We felt treehouse vibes in this humble studio with great space & functionality. The owner was super communicative with us. We highly recommend this VRBO. »

« Place was very clean, bed was comfortable and was in quiet residential neighborhood convenient to people I was visiting. Studio bedroom was dominated by two very large black vinyl massage or pedicure recliners and a PacMan game table, in place of normal furniture. Three coffee makers in kitchen but not a single coffee pod or small amount of coffee for a first morning’s cup of coffee, no welcome container like that which I’d expected. Instructions for the sauna were glued to the wall inside it...

« Lovely home with everything we needed. We were made to feel welcome and could not have found a nicer place. It was very well located and an easy walk to stores and other areas.We had a very nice experience staying there. »

« Very poor experience. Will not stay here again. Stay away. Here are the main issues:1) Filthy carpets: I've included pictures of the disgusting large yellow stains on the carpets of the bedroom that they tried unsuccessfully to hide under a cheap throw rug. 2) Odd furniture placement: A Pelaton in the main room and a half a couch in front of the sliding door to the outside made the space feel cramped. 3) Outside furniture: Sadly, there are 3 mini-sized metal folding chairs around a cheap...
