A beautiful home but the couch and living room chairs need to be replaced. You sink so far down into the chairs that they are hard to get out of! We have stayed here four times now but would love some new furniture.

Beachfront oasis

We loved the house and our stay at Moonstruck Beach. The house is spacious, had everything we needed and had beautiful expansive beach views. We spent a lot of time on the private oceanfront patio watching the waves and surfers. Enjoyed the walk on the Moonstruck boardwalk to local eateries and the San Simeon park right by the house. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!

Truly Majestic! Beautiful location! Wonderful management!

So glad we chose this beautiful property for our little family getaway! First, it’s nicer than the pictures! The home is so roomy, unique, comfortable, and well stocked! You couldn’t ask for a better location! Right across from Moonstone Beach! It’s spotlessly clean with a lot of nice touches like little soaps and fluffy towels. More important, the property managers are so professional and made the entire rental process so smooth! Haley and Jackie are delightful and made sure our check in and check out were flawless! Huge thank you to Breen Vacation Station! We hope to rent from you again! Five star experience in every way!

Perfect for Family Celebration weekend visiting Hearst Castle

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway meeting family from LA and the Bay Area. Location was excellent, with unbeatable views of the ocean/Moonstone Beach from the living room and had a great open plan to share with the family. House was as advertised and the downstairs rooms were much larger than they appeared in the picture. A few things are dated and could be refreshed, but everything was completely functional, so no complaints. The management company were friendly, communicative and easy to work work. We would definitely stay here again for any future visit to Cambria.

Great location! Plenty of room to spread out - quiet at night

We did enjoy our recent 1 week visit to Cambria. The location was perfect to stroll onto the beach and enjoy a view of the ocean from sun up to sun down. We could hear the crashing of the waves every once in a while which was soothing.

Perfect for a girls' weekend away

I had such fun introducing my friends to Cambria and Moonstone Beach. We are only sad that we didn't have more time. The location of this house is excellent and we found the kitchen to be well-appointed and the house to be be comfortable.

Beautiful home. Wonderful location. The house was spacious, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular, whether cooking in the kitchen, sitting in the living room or eating in the dining room. We will definitely return to this home.

Great Everything except one thing

We love this home and have rented it twice in less than a year BUT until they replace that upstairs ancient, faded living room carpet I won't rent again. Less a concern would be the popped seal on the windows have caused an obstruction of the ocean view in the master bedroom. Luckily the large bay window in the living space is beautiful! Hopefully i'll get a message about the carpet, I'll look forward to another stay!

Excellent location

House is very clean with very comfortable mattresses in each room. Kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities and tools. Living room carpet and sofa need upgrade. Very old style and looked aged. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house a lot.

We have taken away a ton of great memories from our stay at Moonstone Beach! The house was perfect for our needs. Location and views were wonderful! The property manager was available and quickly attended to anything we needed!

Moonstone Magic

We'd been coming to Moonstone Beach/Cambria for decades and finally got to stay in this house that we'd been admiring for years. It's the perfect layout with an obviously amazing view of the ocean and unbeatable access to the beach and walks nearby. The property management team was first-rate, and friendly and made check-in a breeze. Will be coming back here soon!

Hearste Castle trip

The house was well maintained and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything. There was lots to do and we did it all! Beautiful views from the living room and patio. I would recommend this house for families or groups of friends.

I’m not one to write a negative review, however, future guests should be made aware of some of the negative consequences. We brought a cake to the house for a celebration and left it on the kitchen counter. The next morning the cake was infiltrated with ants, hundreds of them! They were everywhere, in the sink, on the counter, even in the icemaker! We were not made aware of any ant problems. If we had been, we would’ve put the cake in the refrigerator. We were unable to prepare any meals, although we had brought a cooler of food with us. When we spoke with the manager, she informed us they had professionally treated the house the week prior. It didn’t work. She also indicated it was the “season” for ants and bugs in Cambria. I just wish we had known. The house had a beautiful ocean view. However, the seals on the windows were broken so the view was quite blurry. When we went out on the deck to enjoy the view, the chairs had to be cleaned off as they were filthy and had spiderwebs. I would recommend they clean the deck prior to guests arriving. We would not stay here again, and we would not recommend it.

Lovely location!!

We stayed at this property 10 years ago and decided on a reunion trip to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The views are amazing… The only bummer were the windows were pretty dirty. It was foggy for our stay so I’m sure it’s difficult to keep the windows clean in inclement weather. The house has all the amenities one would need to entertain our group of eight. We ate in one night and then other night we went to the sea chest which was walking distance. The management company was very responsive and it was easy collecting the keys and dropping them back off. Bathrooms not stocked with shampoo or conditioner… we did find two small bars of soap. The grill is kept in the garage but easy to roll out onto the porch and there was 2 extra bottles of propane. The parking was ample ( we had 3 cars) including one in the garage. We would all recommend this house!

Everything was ok but it was not cleaned properly with fish smell that everyone complained.

Great location, view and specious. Appliances and furniture was old and we were told all will be upgraded months before. Anyhow We had fun.
