"We were extremely unhappy with the staff. I asked for towels they had me go down and grab new ones. Very rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was horrible. "I had a great experience at this hotel. It was close to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport which helped for an early morning flight home. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint, which is minor, is the floor buttons on the inside of the elevators need an upgrade. ..."
