„Leider nicht sehr sauber und schlechter Service. Kein Zimmerservice, keine Annehmlichkeiten“

„Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Laundry machines were always clean and you can check the status on the TV without leaving your room which was so nice.“

„Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Castle. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut. Alles perfekt.

„Good and convenient location“

„Freundlich, hilfsbereites Personal. 10 Minuten mit Tram zu Kumamoto St. 5 Minuten zum Busbahnhof. 15 Minuten zu Fuss zur Burg. Viele Restaurants in 5 bis 10Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. “

„Sehr geräumiges Dreibettzimmer. Ansonsten ein übliches, anständiges Hotel. Super mit Kindern. Nähe zu Arkaden super für die Restaurantsuche. “

„I went to the Hotel this June for a few days during my stay in Kumamoto. It's not that close to the city center or Kumamoto Station, but the area around it is very nice. Lots of restaurants and one of the major sights - Suizenji-Koen - is right around the corner. Two Tram stops are about five minutes by foot away from the hotel. The general area around the hotel is very residential and beautiful. You might wanna check out the Zoologicial and Botanical Gardens while you're there. I guess the ...
