Pleins de petites attentions qui vont du katana aux glaces et thé froid offert à la sortie du spa. Très bien placé et le calme d’Arashiyama fait le plus grand bien lorsque vous arrivez de Tokyo »

« I LOVE THIS HOTEL! The manager and the staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. They explained everything so thoroughly on how the hotel works and cool locations to check out nearby. The ladies at the front desk were also super helpful in case I had any issues finding things nearby so thank you so much again!! La salle de bain est un plus avec une très grande baignoire. Le plus du logement est le fait qu'un chauffeur vous récupère à votre arrivée à la gare et vous dépose au moment du départ à la dite gare. « We loved the staff and hospitality at Momijiya. My husband said it felt like we were staying at our grandma's house. We loved the ryokan experience as well. We really felt we were getting a more intimate Japanese experience. The food really put us Americans out of our comfort zone, but we wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
