« Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I liked having the sink and shower in 2 different areas. Our refrigerator never worked properly. Water pressure could have been better. Food options were poor. »

« Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!! « Room was very dingy smelt very bad. Toilet broke multiple times. Cigarette burns everywhere on bed curtains and floor. Couldn’t use the toilet half the time we were there. Outside trash everywhere. Ice machine room was flooded. Checked out day early and was told I would get the remaining time refunded but never did. Jiggar the manger was super nice but the other staff was not. »

« Lynchburg Grand was a decent place to stay for a night. I know they are doing some renovations, so there was no continental breakfast. Most of the ice machines were out of order. We didnt need ice but im sure some did and there was only 2 floors the machines worked. The staff were all very nice and our room was very clean. We would stay here again if its only for a night or two. »

« I enjoyed my stay at the Home2suite Hilton. However, I travel with 2 outfits to change daily, and I had to purchase hangers. I brought k-cups for the specific brand of coffee I drink. The coffee maker that the suite has is for pods only.. I had to go out and purchase coffee..Other than those 2 small details I enjoyed my stay.. I would definitely recommend it. »
