« Condo was clean and comfy. This complex is full of all different style of condos and this one happens to look the most dated. The condo we stayed in was clean inside and well stocked. The only issue was parking. The spots fill up quickly and we had to park a couple buildings away. At least one assigned parking spot per condo would’ve been convenient. Otherwise good stay. »

« Owner was rude. Refused to give us parking info. We called her and was told to park in visitor parking around corner. Keypad to get in didn't work. Couldn't find towels, we aren't sure if towels were put in later after we arrived. They were in bedroom clothes closet. Blinds in kitchen didnt go down all the way. No lamps in bedroom, lighting was bad. Bath tubs were old. »

« The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the refrigerator. It beeped all night and leaked water through out the stay.. The body soap dispenser was empty. I recommend that a fan be put in the spare room that doesn’t have vents or a window. My daughters were hot in there. But I enjoyed it overall. The property is beautifully decorated and clean. »

« My wife & I really enjoyed our weekend celebrating our first wedding anniversary at the boathouse! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and more. Mark met us at the parking lot when we arrived & gave us a tour around the marina before taking us to the boathouse. He was sure to let us know that he is always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Everyone around was very friendly as well. We seen turtles, gators, and even caught some fish!
