For the first few days I smelled an unpleasant water smell coming from the bathroom but the more I used the kitchen sink it seemed to dissipate. „It was typical Florida HOT! Location and Cottage was GREAT. I do have one suggestion for you. I am 6'2" 280 and the shower in #2 Sandpiper was small. If you expand the shower to fit the walk-in area it would work out a lot better. I enjoyed the cottage and area a lot. „I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time. „Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access. „The property is well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking even a blender. The traffic starts early so a bit noisy since our bedroom windows were near the street. The pool is a very nice size. An easy bike ride to the beach at the end of Donax.“

„We loved our time at Island Inn on Sanibel Island. The room was clean and beautiful. During our stay in december 2023/january 2024 there wäre still construction sites all over the Island to repair what Hurricane Ian destroyed. But it was Cali and still beautiful. Our hosts were super nice and had good tipps for what to do and where to go. We got waveboards for free for bodysurfing in the waves which was super gib!“
