We stayed here for a beach trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the water. It felt peaceful from the moment we arrived. The location made it easy to enjoy both the beach and nearby island spots.

Very comfortable & extremely clean!

For a small space it was actually very comfortable & extremely clean! Very clean and well maintained. We also loved the thought that went into small things in this condo such as the extra hooks located on the patio and throughout the condo for hanging beach items and beach towels. The pool was located across a short sidewalk from the main dumpsters for the condos so the smell was so bad one night when we arrived at the pool we could not tolerate it to swim.

Colony Inn is a true hidden gem

Colony Inn is a true hidden gem, gives chill retro vibes, very relaxing, walkable to the beach, and lovely peaceful setting. We were able to walk to a few very good restaurants nearby as well. Host was responsive, but not able to turn off the cool jazz night music until the next day because we requested it after the office had closed for the day. So be sure to make all requests during their scheduled office hours. Beach was perfect for shelling!

Our stay at The Colony Inn was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality, making us feel truly welcome the entire time.The beach chairs and umbrella they provided were such a great touch and made our beach days effortless and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick, easy walk to the beach, with convenient access to shopping and fantastic restaurants in the other direction.We had so much fun shelling and found some truly gorgeous treasures! The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a special mother/daughter getaway.The pool was clean and refreshing, and the landscaping around the property was just as beautiful and well cared for.It was incredibly hard to leave!!

It was alright

Room is really nice and welcoming, the biggest problem about my room is that it was infested with cockroaches, of ALL sizes, from the very tiny ones to the medium size ones, all over my sink where I had placed my twin babies bottles in, I had to throw away their bottles and buy them new ones, I genuinely couldn't sleep the night I found out there was cockroaches because when you see that many it causes genuine stress and lack of sleep because I didn't want them crawling on me or my babies at night. I was able to take pictures and record in case management needs evidence. Wish they could improve pool area, and make pool bigger and add more pool chairs

The location was exceptional!

I booked this stay for my birthday getaway with a girlfriend of mine. The walk to the beach took just a few minutes and it is easy to manage. Our room was equipped with really nice beach chairs and an umbrella so we needed to do minimal packing of our own gear. Just show up with your bathing suit! I didn't use the pool as we spent loads of time at the beach which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 3 night stay. My only suggestion would be having sugar and a creamer option to use with the coffee maker. I don't drink coffee, but my friend does and was a little bummed they didn't have anything besides the k cup. No biggie though! She was able to grab a coffee from a nearby bagel place right down then road from us. We loved staying her and are already planning our next trip back!
